COMPLAINTS
To have the right to complain about the product bought online at www.g-design.pl, you need to send the written notification about the fault on the form which can be downloaded in the section "Download" or below, no later than a month since the fault detection. The item have to be sent back to G-DESIGN ul. Roweckiego 66/3, 72-009 Police, Poland.
The following forms need to be attached to your parcel:

The proof of purchase (receipt or VAT receipt)
In the situation when the above conditions are not fulfill, the complaint will not be considered.
The complaint will be considered by G-DESIGN within 14 days from the date of being received. In some situation the term can be extended to 21 days. In case of the legitimate complaint, we will refund the delivery costs according to the shipping letter.
RETURNS
The customer, who enter into a contract from a distance, can withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason by sending a written notification within 10 days from the day of receiving the item. In case of withdrawing from the agreement, the customer is released from any obligations.
The item must be sent back in original condition, without any mark of usage. The return should occur immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the return notification. The cost of postage is not a subject of the return and need to be paid by the customer, according to our regulations.

In the situation when the above conditions are not fulfill, the return will not be considered.
